NEW PROJECT IN THE SEA FRONT OF VILANOVA I LA GELTRÚ

We were asked to carry out a full-scale refurbishment of an town house located in a listed building in Vilanova i La Geltru, Barcelona. Set in one of the most distinguished promenade of the city, the floor had an out-dated interior configuration. We proposed a large opening to allow for light and ventilation with a new open patio by demolishing most structural walls and raise a new floor above the property. This procedure was fundamental to meet modern standards and to satisfy our client’s requirements. We reconfigured all of the spaces to emphasize the division between daily common areas from the private ones. More info coming soon.
