NEW DISTRIBUTION FOR A PENTHOUSE BY THE SITGES GOLF, CAN GIRONA

We lead a minimalistic and austere renovation in a 200m2 attic with stunning views to the golf. The project made special focus on the kitchen zone. The original small rooms of the property were disconnected and the common area used to face north receiving no direct daylight. In addition, the new owners thought that the kitchen was too small for them to enjoy and share during social gatherings. To meet their requirements, we designed a kitchen capable of taking centre stage. We created a sliding enclosure to act as a transition between the kitchen and the rest of the common space. The sliding wall also permits the owners to establish different privacy degrees.
