Our architecture studio was entrusted with the design of a refined contemporary villa located in the prestigious Levantina residential enclave of Sitges, Barcelona. Visually defined by its clean lines, generous glazing, and a seamless indoor-outdoor flow, the residence embodies modern Mediterranean elegance.
A Terraced House in Levantina | SITGES
The home is organized across two distinct levels. The ground floor hosts an open-concept layout where the living, dining, and kitchen zones merge into a singular fluid space. A double-height ceiling introduces vertical openness, anchored by a sculptural concrete fireplace, acting as architectural focal points. Large-format windows frame garden views and flood the interiors with natural light, reinforcing the villa’s connection to its surroundings.
Capitalizing on the plot’s natural gradient, the exterior design incorporates tiered terraces and elevated planters, creating multiple layers for outdoor living. Every element — from the muted material palette to the integration of concrete, wood, and glass — is chosen to reflect timeless sophistication, durability, and architectural purity.
