Our architecture studio was tasked with designing a luxury villa for a family who sought a contemporary home where they could relax and enjoy the breathtaking views of the golf course and Mediterranean Sea from their plot in Sitges. The clients wanted a home that blended modern design with warmth and comfort, perfect for family gatherings and outdoor living.

One of the key challenges of this project was the steep topography of the plot, which influenced the design and layout of the house. To meet the specific requirements of the site and adhere to strict local building regulations, we conducted a thorough topographical analysis. By leveraging the slope of the land, we created a multi-level villa that ensures an optimal connection between the interior and exterior spaces, taking full advantage of the spectacular views.
The villa features two separate entrances: a pedestrian access from the upper side of the plot and a vehicle access from the lower part, ensuring ease of movement throughout the property. Both entrances connect to the living room level, with a grand staircase on the side that offers panoramic views of the golf course and the sea as you approach the home.
In line with the clients’ desire for an eco-friendly home, we incorporated several sustainable features into the design, making the villa highly energy-efficient. The home includes solar panels on the roof and an aerothermal system, contributing to the villa’s high energy performance. Additionally, we chose natural materials like wood and stone to add warmth and texture to the interiors, creating a harmonious and eco-conscious living environment.
The villa is designed across several levels to accommodate different functions and maximize sea views. The upper floor is dedicated to the private area of the house. It includes three children’s rooms, each with their own private bathroom, and a large shared terrace. The master bedroom is a luxurious retreat with a spacious dressing room, a Jacuzzi bathtub, and a private terrace. This floor is easily accessible via an elevator, making the entire home accessible for all family members.
On the main floor, the open-plan living room and kitchen feature large windows that open to the surrounding terraces. One side leads to a semi-covered barbecue area with an outdoor lounge, ideal for entertaining, while the other side opens to a secluded sea-view area with a firepit—a perfect spot to enjoy the sunset and long summer evenings. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a central island, providing a social space for the family to gather, and is complemented by a stylish fireplace that separates the kitchen and living room.
Descending to the lower level, the house features a gym with a wet area, including an indoor pool and a sauna. These wellness spaces are designed for ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation, offering a private retreat within the home.
Every detail of this villa has been meticulously planned to meet the family’s needs. The furniture is custom-designed, including unique features like the fireplace, created exclusively for this home. This attention to detail ensures that each space reflects the family’s lifestyle and enhances the home’s overall aesthetic.
